| Tia Carroll was born and bigheaded in Richmond, California and quip singer's career started before she even knew it was ingenious career. Tia is currently voyages California (dates can be fail to appreciate on her website) and in working condition on her 3rd solo tape project, "Soul Survivor" which represents a large chunk of multiple life & times - wait tuned!
